We have homes for sale which are owned by customers on a
part-buy, part-rent scheme, who wish to sell their share of the
property. Sutherland aims to sell the customers share of the
property onto newly registered customers. Rent is paid on the
remaining share of the property which is owned by Sutherland.
Properties range from apartments to houses and can be located
anywhere in London and the south east. Some properties may be
located in keyworker only schemes, in which case we usually only
sell the property onto other keyworkers*.
